Brown Hill follows biblical Christianity within the Wesleyan-Methodist tradition, guided by the A.M.E. Zion Church’s 25 Articles of Religion.

  1. Scripture

    The inspired Bible governs Christian belief and daily conduct.

  2. The Triune God

    One eternal God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, equal in divine nature.

  3. Christ Our Redeemer

    Fully human and divine, Jesus saves through His crucifixion and resurrection.

  4. Grace and Salvation

    God freely offers salvation through faith in Christ, calling us to repentance.

  5. The Spirit’s Presence

    The Spirit strengthens, guides, comforts, and changes believers.

  6. Growing in Holiness

    Prayer, worship, discipleship, and service nurture love for God and neighbors.

  7. Our Sacraments

    Baptism signifies grace and commitment; Communion remembers Christ’s sacrifice and our fellowship.

  8. Our Calling

    We worship, proclaim Christ, develop disciples, and help people in need.

  9. Dignity and Justice

    Bearing God’s image, every person deserves respect, compassion, and equality.

  10. Our Eternal Hope

    Christ returns; resurrection and judgment await, with eternal life for believers.
